Hardware Monitor licenses are valid for Hardware Monitor, Hardware Monitor Lite, Hardware Monitor Widget Edition and Hardware Monitor Remote.

Prices in other currencies

You can pay in 40 different currencies. To display the price for a particular currency, go to the order page and select the desired currency using the pop-up button in the upper right corner.

The EU price is valid for customers from the European Union. It includes 19.0 % value-added tax. If you have a European VAT identification number outside of Germany, you will be able to buy tax-free.

Paying by cheque

You can also send a written order by postal mail or telefax to our sales partner Digital River, and pay by cheque. Detailed instructions are available via the menu item Help > Purchase Registration Key in the application.

Printed Invoice

When ordering via Internet, Digital River will create a valid commercial invoice immediately after your order was placed. You will receive it as a PDF document which can be printed easily.

Cancellation, Returns, Refunds

You can test and evaluate the software thoroughly before placing an order. For this reason we have to assume that an order is binding after you have decided to purchase a usage license and the associated registration key.

Because the license is an intangible product, no return is possible. Both the European Directive on the Protection of Consumers in Respect of Distance Contracts and the German Remote Sales Act exclude such products from the right of withdrawal.

For this reason, the return of a delivered registration key or the withdrawal from the sales contract are not possible. There are no refunds.
Of course, potential faults on our side are excluded from this policy.

Hardware Monitor: Buying licenses

Try before Buy

You can download the application Hardware Monitor free of charge. This allows you to evaluate the software to see if it suits your needs.

It is strongly recommended that you test the software on your particular computer before you purchase a license. Hardware Monitor is designed to support sensors of Apple Macintosh computers released between August 2002 and October 2012. The number of sensors varies greatly between different model series. If your computer is only equipped with temperature sensors you should use the free Temperature Monitor application. The demo mode panel of Hardware Monitor will give you a detailed analysis of your system and will recommend which product you should use.

If you like the software and want to keep it you will have to place an order for the number of usage licenses you require. We will send you the requested number of product keys which allows you to unlock the software to fully utilize it.

Important Notes

When placing an order you will have to specify the name of the licensee for whom the usage license should become valid ("License to…"). You can either specify the first name and surname of the user, or the name of an institution (company, school, authority, etc.).

The specified natural or artificial person will become the legitimate user of the software. We reserve the right to correct or complete the specified name in case an invalid or insufficient name had been entered.

Delivery and Delivery Period

The product will be delivered to you after a maximum period of 48 hours after your payment was received. If you are placing your order during normal business hours in Central Europe, the typical average delivered period will be only 90 minutes after receipt of payment, however.

The product will be delivered to you by e-mail only. It contains an electronic key which can be used to completely unlock the copy of the software you have downloaded before. This means the software will switch from demonstration mode to its normal mode of operation.
